The largest industrial building under one roof in Australia and praised by Coles (whose requirements are quite stringent) as a quality building.

The roof is drained by over 2000mtrs of pipe with only 14 downpipes required for the main roof, with loading docks and awnings accommodated seperately. Part of the rainwater run-off is directed to tanks for re-use around the site.
